We have set up hotel blocks at two neighboring hotels: the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the La Jolla Shores Hotel. You can read further information on the room types blocked at both hotels by scrolling past the booking instructions. When you are ready to book, please follow these specific booking instructions: BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Call 1-866-976-6659 and request the Madlax Block. There is NO online booking. These lower group rates will only be offered between January 1-8 based on availability. We hope everyone will try to arrive by January 1/2 but it is still ok to arrive on January 3/4. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservations. Any reservations not cancelled within a 7-day notice will be charged the first night plus tax. Guests staying at the La Jolla Shores Hotel will not have privileges at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis club, but are allowed to visit hotel guests staying at La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club for a $25 per person per day guest fee. The guest fee will be charged to the Beach Club guest hosting the visitor (i.e. the visitor is not the one who pays the guest fee). Guests are limited to 3 visits per calendar month and must be registered with the Front Desk or the Ambassador Booth.

Offering one-, two-, or three-bedroom options, these large suites feature private bedrooms, plus a separate living area with pull-out sofa bed and full kitchen with dining area. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach and sweeping, scenic views of the ocean.
